Hi!
I have a 2018 Pacifica. This morning I started with the remote start (not something I usually do) and got in the car, pushed the ignition button and
was running normally. I opened the Media Control Screen to adjust the heat, seat warmers and radio. Suddenly the Medial Control Screen started acting strangely. It started to change the radio stations, the language and heat settings randomly.
It was like it was cycling through all the different adjustments. I turned everything off and restarted the car but it continued to act strangely after the restart.
It continued to do this all the way to work this morning.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on what to do now?

Thanks!

Hi dnbmom,

Are you still noticing this concern with your radio? If this continues to happen and you need additional assistance, please send us a PM.

I had this (or something very much like this) happen once or twice. But then it stopped happening. Hasn't happened again in the past 3 or 4 months, though I don't recall if I did anything. One thing to check is that whatever software you have is all up-to-date. You may be able to check your UConnect software here:
Good luck!

This happened to me today. - Mine happened after I cleaned the screen. The kicker is though, I cleaned it before I started the vehicle. Once I started it, the screen went bonkers. It must have cached all the movements from the cleaning cloth. - If that is the case, this is a terrible design. How does one go about cleaning the screen? - Why cars arent designed with fingerprint resistant touchscreens is beyond me.

My Pacifica has done this to me three times now. Twice I used the remote start so I decided that was the problem. However today it did it and I had not used the remote start. And it changed everything over to Spanish!!
Yesterday, while my phone was still bluetoothed to it, it started causing my phone to call random people. It called my aunt 5 times and I had to unconnect bluetooth to get it to stop. What do I do?
