I am looking at models of Pacifica for configuring online. I wanted a 8 seat configuration. Somehow I am able to do that only for the Limited. Is it true? Does any other models trims come with 8 seats? What am I not being able to do it online?

When you Build & Price on Chrysler.com you have to click on Interior when you get to Options that's where you find the 8 seat configuration on other trims. Options screen automatically opens as Exterior Options where it shows you the wheels.

Yeah, I think this is easy to miss when stepping through the build and price process. The process does not force you to the interior options page, you have to click on the interior link to open selection of those options. Other trims certainly do have the 8th seat option.

Thank you very much guys. I admit, I missed it completely. I'll check again later.
Also while at the dealership recently I saw a Pacifica with a roof mounted video display (not the seatback mounted). Is this a factory option or dealer installed / third party accessory? The CD had to be inserted in the player / screen at the roof and not on the dash. It was one of the lower trims though. Thanks again.

There is a Mopar accessory option for an overhead unit:

Looks like it can be a factory installed option. Here is a window sticker from Touring-L - $995 option

Yeah, I see that as an option in the Build and Price too. I did not look hard at anything other than the Limited and Touring L + trims, but I do not remember that option being there when I was researching back in Nov/Dec.

Just remember the 8 seat option deletes the sunroof (at least on the Limited).
