I've only had the Pacifica since last week and noticed a weird issue.
I have movies(.mp4) loaded on USB and noticed that if I leave the USB stick in the port when we exit/power down, the monitors will not auto power up when I come back and start the van. I can still view the movie and access the functions (power on/off, lock, change source, etc) from the center screen, but none of the monitors respond unless I eject the USB stick, wait a couple of minutes, and then re-insert the thumbdrive. The monitors will then power up and function normally.
Am I missing something here? I haven't tested this out if I leave a Bluray disc in the tray, but I would think that this is not normal regardless of USB or disk.
