I've only had the Pacifica since last week and noticed a weird issue.

I have movies(.mp4) loaded on USB and noticed that if I leave the USB stick in the port when we exit/power down, the monitors will not auto power up when I come back and start the van. I can still view the movie and access the functions (power on/off, lock, change source, etc) from the center screen, but none of the monitors respond unless I eject the USB stick, wait a couple of minutes, and then re-insert the thumbdrive. The monitors will then power up and function normally.

Am I missing something here? I haven't tested this out if I leave a Bluray disc in the tray, but I would think that this is not normal regardless of USB or disk.

Hi TXDadVan,

Sorry to hear about this! We would recommend visiting your local dealership to ensure your Uconnect Theater is completely up-to-date, there have been a few TSBs released with software updates for the system. You can also ask your dealership to check for updates during your next routine service appointment if that is easier. Feel free to PM our page with any questions or concerns!

Is there a list of these TSB's for the Uconnect Theater system anywhere on line? I'm not having any luck finding them.

Hi jhopster,

TSBs are not published externally by FCA, your local dealership will be able to identify if they are applicable to your vehicle and/or if they have already been applied!
