Doing a Google search, I already got-through this one and about 4 OTHER articles. They will come in fast and furious now. Another one I looked at had shots of the 2nd-row which look identical to the current 2nd-row, except only removable, not "stow-able".

Looks promising...

We would have waited for the Hybrid (and accompanying rebates) if the batteries were in the back back... we "Stow" the second row and put the kids in the 3rd row for more space in the "cabin".

Still looks like an amazing set of technology.

For those asking about price, from 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivans: Chassis and handling,

"That price is for the “base” Premium trimline, whose list price is $41,995 ($34,495 after the $7,500 federal tax credit). The heavily-appointed Pacifica Hybrid Platinum starts at $44,995, or $37,495 with the federal tax credit, which applies to any buyer who has at least $7,500 in federal tax liabilities."

Edit: Canadian pricing now also shown:
"The Ontario, Canada price is C$42,495 after provincial credits. The actual list price is C$56,495. Québec and British Columbia have similar incentives, lowering the price to below C$48,500."

Here's a review from MotorTrend for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.

Some key points from this:

-Batteries can be charged in 14 hours with a regular outlet
-Batteries can be charged in 2 hours with a level 2 charger
-Fuel monitors are in place so that if you go too long without using the fuel, the engine turns on automatically so the gas doesn't get very stale
-Drives in electric mode as much as it can, even at high speeds
-Batteries are located under the second row seats

*Do NOT come with the vacuum and are NOT designed for towing.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid First Drive Review

No vacuum isn't a deal breaker with the generous Provincial incentive. Use those funds towards the spare -- if it's still mountable.

They did well with the warranty:

In addition, the Pacifica Hybrid’s transferable warranty is among the best compared with other hybrid vehicles, offering:

Bumper to bumper: 3-year/36,000-mile
Powertrain: 5-year/60,000-mile
Emissions components: Up to 15-year/150,000-mile
Battery: Up to 10-year/150,000-mile
