I noticed that UCONNECT_8.4AN_RA4_17.11.07_MY17_RU was updated to a REV C. I wish they published change logs...
Not that I disagree that it would be nice to see change logs, but note that your image says the Service Bulletin was updated to Rev. C, not the software build. My guess is that they may have been revising the service bulletin either to change from "no fix available" to "use this version of software", or they may have simply been revising which software to load to try to address issues by updating the bulletin to point to the latest version..

When you look at the "Software Version" on your Uconnect Screen you are not going to see those file names anyway ...only the Software Version Number.

For the Question about not needing to go to the dealer to update software... Please read the earlier posts in this thread as Downloading and Installing is pretty easy and will take just about 30 minutes total.

Is there a timeline of when this download will be available? Or is there another way to download it without going to the dealership?

At this time we do not have an ETA for when the Miracast update will be available for customer download. We are looking into this further and as soon as we have more information we will post it here!

My comment is true if and only if the Download in question at any given time is available for Downloading. When one looks back over the Posts on these issues you will note a time when many Owners saw two Updates on the drive.uconnect site. One of the two however was a installation guide update rather than a separate Download. That was confusion.

I'm not sure I'm following you. The two updates listed in the OP are the main Uconnect update (17.11.07) and the Uconnect Theater update (17.32.14). I don't see any reference to an installation guide that's causing confusion.

Has anyone gone to the dealer to get the Miracast update? If yes, 1) did it work; 2) how long did it take; and 3) how much did it cost?

Anyone who can see that the Miracast update applies to their vehicle on driveuconnect.com and cannot download it please send us a PM with your VIN so I can pass them along to Uconnect. Please put "Miracast" in the subject line so we know what it is regarding, thank you!

Successful update done by the dealer

After seeing all the posts describing problems and issues with the Uconnect update I took my 2017 Pacifica Limited into the dealer to have the update performed. They ended up performing the OTA update and it has worked fine after that. I strongly recommend this approach since, if anything does go awry, any problems can be resolved by the dealer in one single trip. Kudos again to Bill Bryan Chrysler in Fruitland Park FL for their great service.

Did they apply the Uconnect Theater update that adds Miracast functionality?

I just downloaded the file and installed it with a USB drive. Very easy. I also do not have a dvd.

@DJRTRIM , a PM is a private message - so that they can discuss your issues with you in a non-public forum. To send @ChryslerCares a private message just left-click on their handle in one of their posts and select "Send a private message to ChryslerCares" from the pull down menu that opens when you click.

Alternatively, you can click on @ChryslerCares handle in this post and it will open up their member page that has a "Send Message" button. Click it and select "Send a private message to ChryslerCares" and type your message there.

I was able to download update number one last night. It had previously not been available for download. Have not installed it yet.

Yup, it looks like both updates are available to download now.

One thing to note is that the flash drive you use for the Uconnect Theater update needs to go into the USB port on the Blu-ray drive, not the one above it.
