Have you changed your air filter? I'm 85KM on mines no issues of running rough. Spark plugs should last at least 60K

Throw a can of Lucas injection cleaner in it. It's like chicken soup - can't hurt and might help. It has helped me several times after some 'bad gas'.

I think the dealer replaced the cabin & engine filters early last yr

I use BP. Great quality fuel!
Sounds like you got a bit of water in your last fill up at Exxon.

Have you checked your coolant levels lately? Filling up might not have anything to do with it. If you check DTCs and get misfires on 1, 3, or,6 you have a big problem.

Coolant levels are fine I check them at every 5k oil change. Water in the tank a big possibility .

Started running rough after filling up at a different gas station....

I would think "Bad gas" would be my first assumption if it was fine prior to getting gas.
