Does anybody have bad experiences with FOX Dealership in Grand Rapids?

We bought a 2019 Pacifica Limited Hybrid at their dealership and have been trying to get in touch with somebody there. because of one of the backseat screens is not working. Sent multiple emails and had various chat messages since early APRIL and have been promised time and again that we were to be contacted back. Haven't heard from them ever since. Very disappointing.

Does anybody know of a central complaint mailadres for Chrysler where I can take this? Bottom line is I have a pretty annoying issues with my car and not getting anywhere near a solution.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You mention sending multiple emails to the dealership... I would just pick up a phone and try calling the service department directly and schedule an appointment to drop your pacifica off to fix all of your issues. Emails aren't always the best way to get service... Also, did you try calling the salesperson who sold you the van to assist you with scheduling a service appointment? If that dealership can't schedule your appointment in a timely fashion, then I would try a different Chrysler dealership. You are not bound to the selling dealership, to obtain service under the factory warranty. Good luck with your issues!

Ditto, a service appoint is way to go . That way you have a copy of the service appoint and the findings . Dealerships get paid by service calls and work preformed . This way if you open up a case with fca customer care/ service you have done your due diligence . I also say that not returning your call or email is also not good customer care from dealer . As I’ve always stated “ promises are made until the money exchanged hands “ . Sad part is that is vast majority of businesses just look at bottom line instead of whole pic. I hope you get your issues corrected and happy motoring ..

If you keep doing things that aren’t working, maybe it’s time to try something different?

I don’t understand the reluctance to pick up the phone. I see it in so many younger people. There’s this fear of it, or rather a fear of real-time communication. There’s nothing more efficient for an actual discussion than a phone call.

There's a whole lot of social phenomenon open for discussion in your keen observation.

I hope one of the moderators can change the title of this thread. Fox CDJR has an excellent rating on several sites that measure customer input. While I'm all for bringing attention to poor dealers (and FCA has their share), let's not harm the good ones. Perhaps it should be a forum rule to not allow dealer or personal names in thread titles.
