So i hadn't used my navigation in like a month and i went to use it the other day and it completely stopped working. At first it was off from my actual location, and now it just stopped working. Vehicle stopped moving on the map as i drive. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi bina12834,

Sorry to hear about this! If you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to follow up with them for you if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know.

This has happened to me a few times when I started a route while in a garage and the GPS wasn't locked in. Once out of the garage it had me going backwards and sometimes on totally different streets. The two times it happened I reset it by turning off the ignition, locking, restarting and all was good. Not a big deal but curious if those are your symptoms. If so I might have it looked at during my first service at 10k miles. Amazingly, having had the car for 9 months now that this is the only defect! I've never had that level of quality with a USA model before.

This is how it started. I started a route while in my parking garage at work where there was no gps signal. But this issue continued for a couple days after that day. The vehicle on the gps map wouldn't even move if I was moving. Of course after a week or so if not worrying about it now it works.
