For those 2022 owners that have been having any sort of ongoing UConnect 5 issues, there is a new OTA software update (S26.17) to replace S24.13/S24.18 software versions, launching on 11/25/22 that will probably address many issues that we have been having. It is for Pacifica models and other models built prior to November 1, 2022. I do have the TSB, but I do not have permission from FCA US to share it. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info, but I'm not holding my breath. Seen this too many times and it is months later if at all.

My UConnect actually has a software version S26.15 that wasn't ever authorized for production release, so not sure how that made it through to my Pacifica. I am going to guess that my version was installed by the original UConnect supplier? Regardless, hoping that whenever the update comes through that it fixes the issues I, and others, have been having. If it actually does take months and months, well, then I won't be happy. So far, I can handle the issues.

The TSB was showing only for MY 2022 built prior to November 1, 2022. Wouldn't it be easy enough for them to include earlier model years? Hope they expand it as obviously there are tons of issues across all models and model years.

Not sure as whole rear rows sub system is different (Amazon Fire vs old system) But hope it includes 2021 as well...

Version on my van is FCA-MY22.S21D.5-PROD and being told there's no update available...

Had this van for 2 months and it's absolute garbage.
Dude. Had this van a full year now and the only update I’ve had was one I downloaded from this forum and installed myself via usb. My ‘18 Grand Cherokee with the previous version of UConnect had updates seemingly every other month for the first couple years. It’s rock-solid now compared to this.

Haha not surprised to be honest. Only reason I pulled the trigger on this van was because I had twins and Odysseys/Siennas are impossible to find. My only other experience with Chrysler was an old caravan my parents owned. During a family vacation, the brakes stopped working while we were driving. If the only problems we face now are Uconnect issues on a 60k vehicle I guess Chrysler has stepped up their game?

My 2021, it took 2 dealers and Chrysler (Cares, etc,) 15 months to FINALLY get updates and the bugs worked out. Seems not all Pac's can receive OTA updates. It would be nice to get a definitive answer from Chrysler if this is indeed true or not, but I doubt even they know. My van has now, at least twice, had the UConnect message come up saying a software update is ready, asking if I wanted it now or postponed. When I say now, the next message is that there is no update available. I have kinda lost faith they know what's happening.

The 2018s are the same way. There are "ota" campaigns and many 2018s we're left out. For some reason uconnect refuses to publish the updates on their site either. We ended up having to get our radio replaced cause we were 3 updates out(3rd had to technically be done by the dealership).

Too bad they don't care about fixing the issues with MY21. Like 3-year-old maps... :cautious:

So... if you have a 2022 and got this most recent update, can you please check your map version and share it here? I'm going to have a f** conniption if there was a legit map update for 22 that isn't available on 21.
