they indicated March 6 estimated ship date; how true will this be? My last call to Chrysler showed it in D1 status. Can it move through that quickly? This is my first time ordering so any hints/suggestions on picking it up on delivery and what to watch out for would be greatly appreciated. TIA

If you placed the order on 2/25, it's very unlikely that it will be ready to ship barely a week later. The fastest I've seen from order to ship date was about 3 weeks. Then it's typically another 2 weeks or so before it arrives at your dealer. I'd count on at least 5-6 weeks from start to finish.

That's what my initial estimate was before I got the ship date. So what things do I need to do upon delivery? Hints/suggestions/warnings, etc.?

Look over your Priced Order Confirmation sheet with a fine toothed comb to make sure the configuration is exactly the way you want it. My dealer originally ordered a 7 passenger for me even though I wanted an 8 passenger, and I didn't catch the error until it was too late to change the order. That added an extra few weeks to my wait time since a new order had to be placed.
