I recently brought my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid to get the radio replaced (GPS stopped working) and they told me that there were three RRTs they needed to do. They were RRT 21-010, 21-011, 21-012 and 21-013. Anyone know what these are all about?

Are these the same as 21-006 thru 21-009? Can‘t find anything about these RRTs but my shop put it on the list

Does this apply to only 2017s since they have a different touchscreen than 2018s and newer?
