I just traded in my 2011 Sienna for a beautiful Tusk White with Mocha interior Limited Pacifica today. I've owned Toyotas all my life, so I'm a little nervous about the quality / longevity / liability of the Chrysler brand. Never-the-less, the TWO current recalls on my Sienna that Toyota has no current fix for convinced me to trade and give the Pacifica a try. I'm thrilled with it so far! Quick question - my kids were looking at one of the owner's manuals while we filled out paperwork, and they ended up leaving it there. It wasn't the main manual. It was a smaller, rectangular / horizontal booklet with some tips / quick start instructions. I didn't look at it closely, but it seemed to be a good booklet to help with setting up all of the bells and whistles and I know it had quick instructions for the seat memory programming. Anyway, my kids left it there, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this booklet is called? I would like to call the dealership and see if they will mail it to me. Thank you!

Welcome!

It was probably the "user guide" or the "quick reference guide". Either can be downloaded from the Chrysler/Mopar website under the owners area along with the full owners manual.

Hi Lauren. Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new purchase! In addition to that quick reference guide, you can call or do a chat with Chrysler and ask for the full owners manual. The van doesn't come with it, but they'll send it to you at no charge.

Congrats Laurencuth! We also went from a 2011 Sienna to a Pacifica Limited. And no regrets. Wife and I love it, and so do the kids. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we have been enjoying ours!

Actually no, we traded because we wanted something different, and this time with 8 seats. Our Sienna LE AWD also had no RES, and with a 7yr old and 5yr old, we thought it was time to shop around so they could enjoy something on long drives. We also have a 3rd child who is rear-facing, and its nice to be able to sit them all in the 2nd row. Once in a while, the nephews ride in the 3rd row.
