I woke up this morning to find a recall notification from My Mopar on my phone, so I logged into the Mopar site to see what was new. It says there are no recalls for my VIN. Should I be following up with the listed phone number or my dealership?

A few other 2017 owners on the Pacifica Facebook group are reporting the same thing.

Hi folks--did the notification you received have the recall number? Was it T54 for the seatbelt?

I don't recall the notification on the app being specific, but rather just a generic "recall is available."

Yes, it was just a generic "Your vehicle has recall information available." message.

I tried logging back in to the Mopar site to get the language that it has about my vehicle, but can't. It just says "Signing in..." for as long as I leave the page up.

My login to the site this morning was VERY slow. Took several attempts.

Thank you both for replying, I'm going to send this on to the app team as a heads up--recalls.mopar.com is updated with any pertinent recall information that applies to your vehicles.

Mine was a generic notification on iOS 11. I too am unable to login to the app. I'll try on my desktop later today.

Update--please check recalls.mopar.com to verify if you have any open recalls on your vehicle. We are working to correct the login and push notification concerns with the app. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have everything back up and running smoothly ASAP!

Got the same notice on my phone this morning but it was for my 2016 Ram, not the Pacifica. When I checked my VIN it showed one recall from 2015 that was performed on my Ram before I even bought it new. Go figure.

Don't forget to actually "Sign-in" on the Recalls.Mopar.com website and then enter your VIN Number. When the page shows you have an incomplete Recall press the "Black Space with the >" and a page will come up with the details of your Recall. If it shows that "Parts are Available" that does not necessarily indicate one way or the other if your Dealer has the Parts. You should call the Dealer's Parts Department and be prepared to provide the last eight digits of your VIN. They will then know the parts needed and can check their inventory. If they don't have the part they will order it/them for you.
