Hello everyone! I just installed a oem trailer hitch and wire harness on my 2020 pacifica touring. I ran into a problem with the harness though. I have 12v power to the plug but nothing else. Has anyone else installed the wire harness? The only step I didn't do was 76 that says to restore vehicle configuration which I could not find any vehicle select screen. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Hi @Aljohn,

I just installed the wiring harness and got the same result +/- 12v but no voltage at the light terminals. I just spent an hour trying to find a dealer who could take care of the computer side of things, but, 'cause COVID, I couldn't get an appointment anywhere in this lifetime. Were you able to get this resolved? If so, what worked for you?

Any luck getting your trailer hitch working. I had the dealer install my hitch and wiring and I have the same electric problem. Only batterty voltage and no other voltage at all.....tail lights, running k\lights etc...
