We got our Pacifica home yesterday after spending two days in for repair. On the way home after picking it up I saw the message appear Start- Stop not ready Battery Protection Mode.
It needed the Intelligent battery sensor replaced. At under $60 and available online I will replace it before spending much time and money on other testing if the batteries check out good in the future.
