Out the Door Price Touring L-Plus

I think I got a great deal on our Pacifica just wanted to see how it compares with what everyone else is seeing. We bought a Touring L-Plus with the tire and wheel package, 8 passenger seating, 8.4 Uconnect NAV, and Keysense. MSRP with all options was $41,180. Got the sale price of the vehicle down to $36,543 minus $2,500 in rebates the final sale price was $34,043. Add in NYS tax and other fees my total out the door price was $37,250. How'd I do on this deal?
