My 2019 hybrid check engine orange light is on, the code is P018C, which is “fuel pressure sensor B circuit low”. The car seems driving fine, the recommendation is to replace the sensor, but it could be the fuel pump issue or maybe the injector needs clean. Has anyone had similar issues before? I’d appreciate it if you could share how it was fixed. Thanks a lot!

I ran mine for a while with this code but replacing the sensor is not that difficult, the new sensor has a different plug so that needs to be replaced also and the wiring is a little different than the original. It is in the line between the fuel rail and the pipe that comes from the tank right behind the engine.

You need to replace the fuel pressure sensor. It's a common issue. It's pretty easy to replace. The part you need is Mopar p/n 68421782AA. You only need to replace the part - older 2017-2018 models also require replacing the connector.

They have a 2019 so they won't need to replace the connector. That's only necessary on 2017-2018 models.

After I typed that out I was wondering if the 2019s had the new one already, just makes the job that much easier.
