It should. I font think 2022s' 2nd and 3rd structures are different. 1st row fit my 2021 phev but phevs have different 2nd row than gas ones.

I can confirm this weather Tech combo works for the 2022 Pacifica

Set: Complete Set (1st Row, 1-Piece 2nd/3rd Row)

Front mats "snap in" the back, it is just laid down with no anchors. This is designed for the "bucket" seats so if you have the middle seat that is detachable, you can still use, but would have to permanently cut a piece out to make it work... not something I am willing to do at the moment.

The 2nd and 3rd row piece are indeed the same as previous models as pictured on first post
