I have to say the Pacifica is so buggy. Anyone know why front passenger head rest won't stay up. It just flops down.
Also is there a manual release for third seat. It's stuck midway through stow and normal mode.

Thank you!

Hi Johnr12345,

Sorry to hear about these concerns! There is a TSB related to the issue you are experiencing with your third row seats:

"NUMBER: 08-084-16 REV. A
GROUP: Electrical
DATE: December 09, 2016

SUBJECT:
Flash: 3rd Row Folding Seat Module Diagnostic And System Enhancements

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Customer may experience inoperative 3rd row seats.... This software will also correct a condition where the 3rd row seats would begin, but not complete their movement when commanded to go to either normal or stowed position. The interruption of the movement is usually followed by a reversal of the seat movement. This condition happens more so in low ambient temperatures, 4°C (40°F) and/or low battery voltage."

Your local dealership will be able to identify if this TSB applies to your vehicle and offer further assistance. I would also recommend having them look into the issue you are experiencing with your headrest. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
