We just purchased the 2017 Pacifica LX and when we pull the handle on the sliding passengers door they slide but do not completely latch and close. There is no button to push on the handle and the child locks in the rear of the door are not locked.

I assume the LX has power doors? They don't close all the way? Did you miss that on the lot?

LX model does not have power doors or liftback. You would have to move up to at least Touring model.

I think you should contact the company or the dealers from where you purchased it. If their is any issue they are liable to fix it for you as client. Also such services and default repair are free of cost sometimes if it is a production issue or any such,etc.
