No, you'll have to hit the little button on the door handle to lock it.

That's unfortunate. My Mazda has it so you can walk away and it will lock, but you have to hit the button on the door handle (or the key fob) to unlock it. My Odyssey you can just touch the handle and it unlocks but have to hit the button on the handle (or key fob also) to lock it. I want the best of both worlds! Definitely not a deal breaker though.
