Does anyone know if the 5 year/60,000 powertrain warranty extends to the second owner? If so, does it do so automatically or is there some kind of paperwork necessary? Perhaps the moderator from Chrysler can respond. Thanks!

Yes, it does. It is a manufacturer's warranty, it stays with the vehicle for the terms listed.

MaxCare extended warranties if bought by the previous owner can be transferred. They have paperwork and a fee to transfer to the second owner and cannot be transferred again.
