Do you think it's possible to get a better deal on a pre-September 2016 build van than after that since they changed the hinge design? I have a local small town dealer with a couple Pacifica's that look like August build dates. Pretty sure they've been sitting on them for a while.

Also, considering waiting to what February brings for incentives.

I think it's often possible to get a better deal on cars that have been sitting on the lot for a while because they're costing the dealer money. But I don't think it will have anything to do with the changes in the hinge design. Most dealers probably aren't even aware of it.
