I've just had the same issues. Check engine light on, P0306 code. Had it cleared because the car ran fine, 2 days later won't start and engine seized.

Have you been losing coolant? Sounds like your cylinder 6 has been filled with coolant leaking from the head gasket and cause a hydro-lock which would probably have fried your starter. Let us know what you find out about the issue.
