It would appear that this is a well know paint defect. I have a 2017 that has Bubbling paint defect on the edge of the hood. I have not ever seen this. Is everyone getting their defects repaired by Chrysler?

I am looking to replace a cracked taillight on my 2019 Pacifica. There are several stores that come up with part number 68229028AD, but there is another part number 68229026AF which Chrysler specifies. What is the difference besides almost $200?
