New member here, I would be interested in the class action lawsuit as well.Coming back to this thread from earlier posts. I'm still having problems with the entertainment system, system restarts (head unit and Fire TVs) don't always address the issues consistently and the system can remain unacceptably unavailable for use.
I am rightfully frustrated enough that I'm trying in vain to organize folks to join together for a class action lawsuit. We all paid a premium for this system and it is simply not reliable enough and should be considered a defect that requires remedy - either by fixing the system once and for all, or by refunding money paid for the system and damages for decreased resale value.
I have an appointment set up on Feb 9th to see if a reported dealer-only "flash" of new firmware will resolve problems.
Otherwise, we really should be looking to band together and sue. And this system is a disasters across Stellantis brands - Ram, Jeep, too. So we'll have plenty of folks to stand with us.
I received my 2022 Touring L in December and have encountered the same issue. Just for laughs, I decided to haul it down to the stealership, who was (unsurprisingly) perplexed. The tech opened a STAR case for me. The description on the service invoice reads:
"Contacted STAR with all info. Chrysler contacted back stating they know there is an issue and they are working on a solution at this time".
