PacHy was at the dealer for most of a week on the rear screen failure, with no fix performed or even planned.
I did get some info on the issue that Chrysler is aware of but has no actual fix on, that has been ongoing from other customers for at least the past 5 weeks.

Discussion: Customer may notice that the rear seat video screen turns black after trying to select any game application. Engineering is reviewing the concern, potential future software enhancement.
So Chrysler knew about this issue at least a full 4 weeks before I bought the van, and they sold me a product with a known defect. It may not be a major fault like an engine or trans failure... but its the main reason we bought this van with the $3k theater package. If I had known that this system was basically useless... I probably would have bought one without the system at all. Or even have waited till the fix was released.
At this point my wife wants me to research how to return the car through lemon law. something something. She is more upset then I am.
