They claim this issue doesn't exist for brand new cars, so I'd assume if you hit it, and have your transmission replaced, it'll actually solve the issue moving forward. Still shitty, but better than what was happening before.

Brand new ‘22 pacifica hybrid. Bought it 4 months ago. 5k miles. It’s been at the dealership for 2 weeks because of this problem. Now it needs a brand new transmission. But didn’t my car have a brand new transmission when it was built 4 months ago? Now I’m hoping for a buyback.

Anyone have any luck getting a rental car from Chrysler? Our 2022 Limited has stalled 13 times in 4 days and is not safe to drive but the dealers and Chrysler are taking no responsibility and refusing a rental car but have zero solutions or timeframes. Anyone get anywhere? Any class action yet?

I drove mine to the dealer after stopping twice on the highway. They didn’t have a loaner initially so they gave me a rental car. Then they gave me a loaner car later when someone returned one. Then they switched me to a different loaner car. (Not sure why). So for the past month, I have been driving a loaner car and no clue when they will replace my transmission.
