So, in true fashion with this thing, wife sends text that she had to pull over because the van was having issues. I'm 1000 miles away....

"Driving on highway it was like it had a mind of its own, accelerating and breaking when I was not telling it to"

She pulled over and it was making "loud transmission noises?". Fan running on high when she shut it off.

Red turtle light, cel....."reduced speed"

She let out sit turned off for 10 minutes. Checked coolant levels (all ok) and cycled through parameters and all were ok. Oil pressure, temp, coolant temp.

This is in New Mexico, with the ac on, highway driving, still on battery, but looks like ICE had at least been on somewhat.

Waiting for dealer to call her back.

(2017, early production, immediately had motive battery problems, replaced. Then had charging errors cause they didn't bleed the battery cooling correctly. Sat for three months on original recall. All recalls completed after the catalytic converter fiasco. 30k ish miles. Oil recently changed. )

Any one experience this before?

Check Mopar.com for the service contract info if it is through Mopar for assistance in getting the rental if the paperwork isn't in the van.

You can private message @ChryslerCares by clicking on the red letters, but it might take awhile to get a response.
