No luck finding Chrysler's shop repair manual for 2018 Pacifica. I'm told by dealer that it's online, but haven't found it yet. Does it exist?

I don't do repairs on my van, but if you do an online search "2018 Pacifica shop repair manual" it seems like you will get many choices. They have a fee for use or purchase.
Sometimes things might say 2017+ Pacifica and be the same for 2018.
Here is a forum thread about repair manuals:
https://www.pacificaforums.com/forum/433-2017-chrysler-pacifica-phev-hybrid-general-discussion/34090-factory-service-manual.html?nojs=1#goto_threadtools

The owner's manual is a free download from the Mopar site if you didn't get one with your van.

They are normally for sale on a disc and can be pretty pricey $$$. I use the alldata site. Its way cheaper AND it updates.

The official site to purchase service manuals is https://www.techauthority.com.

The service manuals are $135, but the description says the service manual does NOT contain traditional wiring diagrams. That is available in a separate "wiring repair manual" that costs an additional $96. What a rip off!

At the moment the service manuals are available for 2017-2018 models (including hybrids), but the wiring repair manual is only available for 2017 models (non-hybrids only).

I'm not too keen on it being displayed in a web browser format. To make matters worse, it says that only Internet Explorer is supported. IE 11 is the latest version and is pretty old. Microsoft is planning on implementing a Chromium-based browser (like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox) in the near future so IE could be abandoned by Microsoft within the next few years rendering the manual useless if it doesn't work with other browsers.

This is a good deal, but it appears that information isn't available for 2018 (or 2019) models yet.

Anyone who's happened to purchase this willing to share a screen shot of how to remove/replace the front usb port that's near the floor? 2017 Pacifica Gas
You have to remove the front console. After the console is removed, unplug it and pop it out. Easy to change out once the console is out.
