The last week I have been having problems with my left sliding door. Opens fine, but three times when I close it it opens again. The first time I pushed close about ten times (checking for debris etc between-I couldn’t find any) before it worked. The next two times it closes after two or three attempts. I am worried that sometim I am not going to be able to close it.
My wife called today and I think we’re having the same problem. From what I can see online the wiring harness may have a short. Check out YouTube videos and you can see others with issues like that. Haven’t gonna to check ours yet but it’s only like 6 months old. If it’s broken already that’s ridiculous.
We just had ours in for a slew of check ups and recall items and one of the check up items was the sliding door on the driver side.

The issue: when closing the door, it would reopen, sometimes multiple times, as if something was blocking it from closing and the control was opening it back up.

On the invoice from the dealer it listed TSB 08-027-18 and stated they replaced both sliding door modules.

Given they replaced both modules and there is a technical service bulletin out for it, it sounds like they might have some issues.

I had the door tsb done I don’t think it’s a replacement just a quick reprogramming

Oh that could be. I re-read it and it says "UPDATED BOTH SLIDING DOOR MODULES PER ABOVE TSB" so you're probably right. Just some reprogramming or adjustments.
I had a left side sliding door that would work normally two out of three times, but about every third time closing, it would close nearly all the way, beep, and then re-open.

Had the vehicle at the dealer for some recall / warranty work and mentioned the door issue. They reflashed both sliding door control modules and we haven't had an issue since.

Sliding doors

Same with my 2017 Pacifica. Had it in and out of the shop 5 times. Finally got it right. The tracks were loose and the wheels would leave the track. One day the door almost fell to the ground. Finally fixed.
We had the same issue with our 2018 Pacifica - on the driver side only. They replaced a latch and it has worked fine since.
