Roof rattle

We have had the occasional rattle in the exact same area. Oddly enough my wife's last vehicle had a panoramic roof and the rattle was in the exact same spot.

Had to revive an old thread, has anyone got a Tsb or something for this? Our dealer is clueless on a fix.

Dealer had car for a month to do this fix and others and the problem is still there. Chrysler’s fix did not work for our Pacifica.

Yes a case was opened and there are still numerous problems with the vehicle that are not fixed. One of which is the dash bubble issue that I have not heard an update on. It’s been out of service for over 30 days so we are seeking a buyback or replacement. Can you direct me to the correct department @Chrysler to get this process started?
