"Service charging system" Appeared

HI Friends,
I am asking for some suggestions and solutions.
My car just got one week, then
One day when trying to charge, "Service charging system" appeared, and then it could not be charged any more.
Tried the following:
1. OEM Lv1, New one Lv2 , public stataion Lv2 , all to no avail
2. OBD Reader, no code found
3. Plug/unplug, try every day, interval of a few seconds to a few minutes and hours, Useless
4. Go to Dealer , but was told that it will be available after 2 weeks
Except that "Service charging system" always appears, all driving is possible at present, I think only fuel is used, because the battery power has already been displayed as 0%

So for now what should I do before going to Dealer, Can I keep driving on this way? Will there be any damage to the car?
(Looks like I bought a gasoline version instead of a Hybrid,:poop::poop:...)

So has it charged any other times previous ? . When you plug the port into the vehicle I’m assuming the outer top instrument panel lights blink . Next time try this , plug the charging cable into the port and then open and close the drivers door see if anything happens . If not take then remove the cable from the port and reengage and lock the van with the key fob .

Supplementary Note:
In the first few days, about a week, using the OEM Lv1 and a Lv2 I bought from Amazon, it can work normally, fully charged within the expected time, and there was no abnormality.
Did you get it as a new car or used car? Has your van had the Z11 recall completed? Some people are reporting that same error message after the z11 recall.

New car, no any idea of Z11

Thanks, but no changes.

Then could any experienced friend explain why this might be happening, or things to watch out for?
Is Pacifica Hybrid sitll worthy of trust?😞

If it is a new car, you should really take it back to the dealer and have them diagnosis the problem. If the problem is serious, insist that they give you a new car.

Thank you for your advices.
The sales guy has not answered the phone, the maintenance department can only give me a diagnostic appointment in 2 weeks. It seems that they don't care about after-sales and customer experience.
The new car has only been driven for a week, around 200km, so distraught.
After picking up the new car I was still laughing at my friends who were waiting for the Toyota Senna and now I'm getting punched on my face🥵🥵🥵
Don't call. Go there in person. Ask a salesman to show you how to charge your new car. They will try, but it will be broken. Talk to the sales manager in person. File a complaint with your state attorney general.
Use the OBD reader with AlfaOBD app. It will read the hidden codes.

Thanks, do you mind give me a link or model of OBD? I tried before, noting found on my OBD.
AlfaOBD works with a cheap generic ELM327.

Well noted. thanks
I had the same issue after couple trials at some charging station at a public parking lot. Went to the Chrysler service department and they fixed the problem. They detected P0D27 battery charger 1 input voltage too low active. Not sure anyone is facing the same diagnosis.
Updated, today dropped the car at dealer.
4 hours later, got ready informed.
Generally similar to the Bro of #16, they suspected that the voltage of the charging in my home was low and reported an error, and told me that after this error occurred, it would not be able to charge again until the re-program, and checked other parts without any damage. and told me that just come back if it show up again.🤣
Anyway they fixed, all working well so far.
But now I seem to have planted fear, and I feel nervous and uneasy when I plug in .

Yes, mine same as yours, PP0D27 INPUT VOLTAGE TOO LOW
My consideration is why it can't restore or disarm itself when everything is back to standard.

Did you try charging again at home?
Also, were you able to drive the car without charging when this error occurred?

For sure, I tried a few times every day, not worked at all.
