Is there a way to re-boot the software for the display without removing fuse 76? Over the last year I have had the software lock up every couple of months. :frown2:

From the frequently asked questions file on the Facebook PacHy group:

1. Change to any app, other than the Theater app on the front radio screen (you can skip this if the screen is frozen)
2. Shut off motor and electricity
3. Open the driver door to shut down Uconnect
4. Close door
5. Without stepping on the brake, push power button twice to enter "Run" mode
6. Simultaneously push and hold for 30-40 seconds:
a: Green talk button on steering wheel &
b: Voice recognition button on steering wheel
7. Shut off electricity (push power button once)
8. Open driver door for 30-40 seconds
9. Close door
Step on brake and turn on motor and electricity (push power button once)
Verify that Chrysler wings display on the rear screens (appears after about 15 seconds and takes about 30 seconds to finish booting; no visual difference on front screen and theater app is still black during this process)

The following did not work on my 2019 PACHY :
Get in car and push start twice (RUN) with foot off the brake to keep engine from starting. Then, hold the red temp up [^] and blue down [v] switches simultaneously for about 8 seconds (physical buttons, not virtual).

For 2018 and 2019s, the only way seems to be pulling fuse F76.
Post back if you have CONFIRMED any other method, and post year, trim and Uconnect version.
