It's black & one piece, and made by Smartliner.
It's like new still....no stains or damage of any kind. Super clean!
Used for only 4 months in our 2021 Limited before we traded it in.
The fitment is perfect and kept the carpet spotless.

It's not easy to impress me, but impressed. Perfect fit took less than ten minutes to install. This has been a long time coming. Hope they hold up well unlike the WeatherTech mats I have seen on here that warped and deformed. Tux mats were not an option as they have the split in the middle down...
