I hope the problems I read about haven't started with this vehicle. 650 miles new. Last week the memory seat function did not work. Dealer "fixed" it. Still not right. There is no notification on the screen while programming the setting. And, the #1 setting doesn't last if one uses the #2 setting. Now the Sliding doors don't open or close with the power switch on the door post. They still close using the overhead switch. Also on idle, it seems to be rough, like it is missing.. Another trip to the dealer in the 2nd week of ownership. What is up with that? I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Come on FCA, get your act together, my pension depends on it

RTFM:
Page 43 and 44:
To operate the sliding door manually with the handles or to
avoid unintentional operation of the power sliding doors
from the rear seats, push the power sliding door power off
button, located in the overhead console, to remove power
to the handles and buttons just inside the sliding doors.
The power off LED, in the overhead console, will be lit
when the handles are manual. When the LED is lit, pushing
the power sliding door power off button will return the
handles to power operation.

yep, i guess it pays to read the manual. The blue light was always on, so i assumed that that meant the power was on. all is well, thanks for the heads up.

In this "Brave New World" of Chrysler Speak, lights on often mean off! Want the parking sensor or the ESS off? Switch the light ON!! Go figure.

Same with ESS light. Whan the ESS light is on, the ESS is OFF and when the light is off, the ESS is ON. Back in the day (whenever that was, maybe 1960) if the indicator light was on it meant the function was on and when off meant off.

maybe we need two lights, one for ESS on and another for ESS off. That will never happen.

Great idea. Red=it is on. Green=it is off.
That way the dash of the van would be lit up like a Christmas tree.

"Do the Hunchy Punchy"

Punch your blue light on
Punch your blue light off
Punch your blue light on
And you blink it on and off
Then you do the hunchy punchy
And spin your head around
That's what it's all about!

I'm glad it's this way. I don't need a dash full of lights on all the time. I didn't sign up for a space shuttle, just a van. :)

But I will gladly take a space shuttle instead of a van. :D. :D.

Here in Houston, we’d be digging a space shuttle- I know I would.

HOA would complain about a non-standard vehicle in the driveway, rocket blast damaging neighbors paint .... I miss the shuttle ?
