Hi my touchscreen has been frozen for 2 days now. I tried troubleshooting and searching this forum but nothing has fixed it.
To give a detailed explanation the other day my unconnect disconnected from a phone call. I didn’t think anything of it but then noticed the screen still said I was on the call after it ended. Then the screen was stuck like that. I then went to media and my phone was no longer connecting. I restarted my phone, but it would not connect even though it says uconnect was connected. Tried to delete my phone and the screen froze. Then I tried clearing personal data and it’s been stuck in that ever since. Any ideas?
