Can the second row bucket seats be adjusted? I reckon they can recline back and front, but can they be moved a bit to the front (for a little kid to reach the console)?

No. The passenger seat can be moved back until they can each the screen or they can use the remotes. It's one of the tradeoffs of the stow-n-go seats.
