I am helping some friends order and buy a Pacifica. I my-self ordered a fully loaded Limited, as I hated trying to figure out what's what. Well, my friends need a tow package and all you can choose from is the Touring L, Touring L Plus and a Limited....... since the brochure is so small and in light gray for the options, I wanted to ask.....

What is the advantage on a Touring L PLUS over a Touring L? I thought it was the addition of the video screens, but is it more? What did you all do?

I'm sure there are other differences between L and L Plus, but the big one for me is that Advanced SafetyTec package is only available on L Plus.

I never really considered the Touring L so I did not look too hard at it, but I remember there were significant additions to the Plus like the larger Uconnect screen, perforated leather, and customizable driver information center.

I could only see the U connect Theatre, the passenger side auto stow and go "where you push button for the seat to move" is only on Touring L Plus on up.

The UI on the Chrysler website is bad, at the very bottom of the website in small type there is a link to do comparisons of the various trims
my post count isn't high enough to post a link, but go to the bottom, under "research" -> "compare models"

You can do summary or details on the specs and also just narrow it down to the trims you want.
The plus has some pretty significant upgrades

Touring L Plus gets Heated Steering wheel, auto dimming rear view mirror (seems odd that this isn't on the Touring L), perforated leather seats, heated 2nd row seats (in addition to front), Uconnect theater rear seat entertainment, Uconnect 8.4 (this is available on the Touring L as an option though), additional acoustic insulation, one touch up/down front AND rear windows, passenger side stow-n-go assist and I think 8-way front passenger seat. Like mentioned above, Advanced SafetyTec is not available on the Touring L.

L Plus also adds power passenger seat w/ lumbar adjustment.

You can get UConnect 8.4 on the L and add Nav afterwards, but you won't get the HD radio that comes with the L Plus when you order UConnect 8.4 Nav. I think there are also some differences with the traffic subscription etc. you get with the Nav.

The biggies are the RSE and the ability to get the Advanced SafetyTec.

I almost felt guilty about spending the extra money on the Touring L-Plus, thinking the Touring would really give me what I need, but I am not the least bit regretful. I love my Touring L-Plus. Hands down worth the extra money.

The Plus also have ambient lighting.

the Touring L plus also gets a slide out storage under the middle stack AND a larger screen in between the gauges.
