TPMS reprogram

Good morning,
I curretly have a '19 limited S package and just got a '22 limited Hybrid S package. I am not a fan of the S package 18s on the hybrid and would like to swap the S package 20s from the '19. Do the TPMS sensors learn by themselves to the new vehicle?

Yes I have never had them replaced.
how did u make out with the wheel swap? did the van just latch right onto the new sensors?? Just wondering cus I am debating picking up a second set of wheels and would love to know how easy that transition will be.

Buy the correct sensors, and you just drive and they connect.
No programming or pairing or anything needed.....they connect on their own.
