We have a 2022 Pacifica Limited.
In the last week, 2 times after restarting the vehicle, we have lost the Satellite radio. You can choose it in the media settings, but the radio reverts to an FM station, and you cannot select Satellite to get it back.

We did a reset from the settings menu, and it solved it the first time.
We lost satellite radio again today, and performed the reset. Even after the reset, all we had was FM.
At that point we lost the satellite radio again, and all of the widgets.
Our SxM subscription is current, so that is not the issue.

Has anyone had a similar issue with a solve?

Can you let me know if there is any known issue or TSB for this.
We have had the radio/Uconnect 5 system lock up multiple times, and now all of the widgets are gone, and satellite is not available. If needed PM me and I can send the vin.
Our dealer will only schedule any uconnect related issue on certain days, we have to leave the vehicle, and there is no loaner. On previous vehicles we could wait while they did basic diagnostics, and perhaps flash the firmware.
