Hi,
I love everything about the van, but one of the quirks that bother me is when I'm in the car with other people, and they suddenly the speakers pipe up with a message "new text from XXX". It bothers me for just it interrupting the passengers, sometimes they're on the phone, and even more that I don't necessarily need them knowing who I'm getting texts from.
I tried to use do not disturb, which indeed stops the text alerts from pip[ing up, but it also block my calls.
Anyone know how i can get around this

If you're using an iPhone, you can turn off "Show Notifications" under the Bluetooth connection for Uconnect.

Try "Message Access" under settings->Bluetooth->uConnect.
