I just bought an L+ with Navigation, but for some reason seems like the Access option is not available, same with the satellite radio. I thought all this vehicles came in with 1 year of Satellite free, bit the Sat button is no where to be found. Any help would be appreciated it. By the way, on the rear view mirror there is no "911" button. Could be possible my van is not compatible with ACCESS?

Mine came with it, Not sure for how long, might be a year, or 6 months. The Sat is only on the screen (sxm) On my mirror I have the 911, auto dim and assist buttons. Seems odd that you don't have it .

The Puerto Rico config is why those things are missing. You'll have to contact Chrysler to find out why.
