I got the update yesterday. Installed last night when I arrived home and had no problems. No specific changes that I can find yet, although some screens seemed sharper than I remember and everything did seem more responsive. That could be entirely in my head, but it really did seem like it was faster.

Did anyone lose the bluetooth pairings after the update? I did. Had to pair my phone again.
Hi stop-eject,

Unfortunately, some vehicles will have the Bluetooth phone settings reset on the Uconnect system. If this happens, you will have to pair your phone(s) to Bluetooth again. As a reminder, when paired devices get deleted from the radio, the pairing information for the Uconnect radio MUST be manually deleted from the device before attempting to re-pair the device. Do this from the device's Bluetooth menu. Once Uconnect is removed from the device, the normal pairing process can be followed by pressing the Phone icon on the Uconnect touchscreen, then tap 'Yes' when the system asks if you would like to pair a phone. Let us know if you have any questions in the future!

Long Island (NY) here. Got the update notice this a.m., tried to install it, failed at 60% completed after about 20 minutes (I had the car on, which might have been the problem), giving me an Error 20. Reverted to previous version of the software. Going to see what happens, whether it will be offered again, or whether I need to do something with support. {Jonathan}

No worries. The update will be offered again once the vehicle is running and in park. We recommend scheduling it at 2:00 A.M. :grin2:

We are in Palm Beach, FL and received the OTA update. Wife picked immediately for the update, due to past issues we were having with UConnect lockup’s, etc... she mentioned it seems better, and has had no lockup yet. She also said that when backing up and the surround camera coming on, it has not gotten stuck on that yet. I will be driving the car tonight, and we are taking a long weekend with 2.5 hour drive each way with the kids. I guess we will see what happens. I will update if something happens.


FYI, White 2018 Hybrid limited.

2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited in Michigan.
Update applied successfully on first try when parked at home. Hopefully this fixes the radio anti-theft lockout.
One thing I noticed right away was that there is no longer an option to control the rear climate from the front. Hopefully that's just a momentary blip and will come back.

After update, I found how under e-hybrid apps it used to show battery full if charged full and then it will show less and less as it used up. Now it shows only full. I can live with that as long it doesn't crash uconnect.

Does anyone know if this update is available on the uconnect website? I have the Hybrid Touring L, I don’t think it’s capable of receiving the OTA.

I got the OTA update as well. Things I noticed:
The surround view camera seems brighter makes it easier to see in low light.
Pairing, sound options (surround sound on, etc) got reset.
The eHybrid view seems to be more fluid/faster to show transition from engine to battery but it shows battery as always full.

Short time, but so far, no blank screen and no enter pin to unlock screens. Yeay!

Got my vehicle 3 weeks ago and today Uconnect update failed with error code 20 and asked me to take a trip to dealer. Very annoying as there are few software glitches already. When I see online with my VIN for any software updates it states : None. Called Uconnect via car they are clueless. Not sure of dealer would be able to do anything as these are over the air updates. Frustrating.

Uconnect crashed on my about 10 times on a 10 mile drive today. Crazy. I checked the uconnect software update website and it didn't list that an update was available.

I have a hybrid limited that I purchased 12/12/2017. I think it was straight from the factory.

Is there a way to check the software version in the car? I didn't find anything in the menu.

I turns out my wife applied the software update on Thursday 2/9/2018 Totally unstable on 2/11/2018. Was fine on 2/10/2018. Very odd.

My car was pretty stable before the software update. I received the OTA update and did it a few days ago. Yesterday the UConnect theater was acting up and became a complete black screen, even after reboot and restart the car. It's finally back to work after the car sits for a few hours. Any thoughts or suggestion?

I just talked to the support number listed at driveuconnect.com. They said it's a known issue. Pretty big screw up if you ask me. I don't even know how they can do an OTA update since the entire system crashes every minute.

We have had our Touring L Plus for 2 weeks. Uconnect has been an issue since we got the car home. The update came to us on Thursday, and it completely froze the system. We took the car to the dealer the next day, reset the fuse, and promised the update would fix all issues (update was scheduled for the middle of the night Friday). We got in the car Saturday to find the update failed. After hours on the phone with the dealership yesterday, they said Uconnect is aware of the issue (basically a faulty uodate), and it won’t be fixed until they come up with a new update. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Interesting, I didn't get an update but mine started rebooting on 2/11/2018 as well.

Curious to know how you can tell if the update happened already? Is there a version number change or does the "whats new" item on settings/system information menu item say something specific? Any pictures or photos of screen showing version info or whats new text is very much appreciated! Thanks!

If you go into the dealer menu you can look at the specific version. For this particular update though you can easily tell as on the boot up screen they added a SiriusXM logo at the bottom of the screen in addition to the Chrysler logo that was there previously.

I think I get the SiriusXM logo at the bottom during reboot but I haven't received any notifications for update and the wife does not remember saying yes to anything either. I though the update would not auto install without prompting. Software version from the dealer menu is below. Someone posted that they were able to stop rebooting by going to Nav -> Where To screen but did not work for me.

Software Version: 17.37.29
BootMicro Version: 17.34.00
Application Version: USA-ER-SBX-19.7.0-20170913-E07(looks like there is something after but the screen didn't show it in the pic I took.
