Is there a third party headset that can pair with the Pacifica? Is this even possible or would it be encrypted?
Unfortunately, the the 3rd party headphones don't work. Even older Mopar ones don't work. Nobody really knows why.

Unwired Technology has went out of business. Delphi has purchased the remaining assets. I have 5 (pairs) of broken headsets now, all in the same spot.

877-855-8400 = Uconnect support (which sends you to Delphi)
877-463-3574 = Delphi - Press option 2 - NO ANSWER

Dead-end street. Chrysler has washed their hands of it, even though they obviously worked with the supplier to line up a channel inventory. Dealers have wiped their hands of it, regardless of selling them.

Delphi was a bust, they will only support the initial set sold with the automobile. The guy was actually quiet rude.

The dealership will not help me. (told me to call Chrysler)
Chrysler will not help me. (told me to call uConnect)

Delphi will not help me (told me to call Dealership)

Round and round on a 50 cent piece of plastic door that has been poorly designed. Is anyone interested in starting a class action? Do not dispose of broken headphones, I may make a YouTube video like "United destroys guitars" did and see if we can get traction. Please PM me pictures of your broken headphones.

I'm having trouble following your issue. It sounds like the battery door is broken, but this is not on the initial set that came with the van? Are you trying to get somebody (dealer, Chrysler, Delphi) to cover it under warranty or are you just trying to buy more headphones?

Battery door broke on initial set, and I bought more sets from Dealership so I could have four working together. Bottom line, I have purchased a ton of headsets and none of them are getting replaced and all of the battery door broke in the same spot.

Okay, I think I understand. You said Delphi will support the initial sets sold with the vehicle? What did they have to say about the broken battery door on those?

Yes, first two are free.

Mopar said NO, call the manufacture. Hence my circular loop. Also, Delphi said they would not replace them again. I asked them to mail me 30-50 battery doors, they said no.

Since these have a Mopar part number, I would think they would come with whatever Mopar's standard warranty is. Mopar sells thousands of parts. I can't imagine they expect customers to figure out the manufacturer of each of those parts for warranty claims?

Can you post a picture of what actually breaks on the battery door. I want to see if I can figure out a way to reinforce mine before they break.

The dealership would not help me, regardless of it being Mopar. The amount of time I have spent on this, and the number of headsets I have purchased just to keep my kids happy in the "family car" is exhausting.

Is there another dealership you can try?

I have tried multiple, you would think a manufacture would stand behind their product. I am going to mail them to the CEO.
Have you tried going through ChryslerCares here? Maybe they can help?

Do all of those headphones actually work in the Pacifica? The 1-2 slider switch is the older style headphones which, to the best of my knowledge, don't work in the Pacifica. The newer ones that do work have a push button toggle instead of a slider.
