We have had our 2018 Pacifica Hybrid for just over a year, and the Uconnect system has been a constant headache. The Uconnect theater has always been iffy, but the last update finally broke it. I took it in last month for an oil change and software update (in hopes the latest software update would fix the intermittent issues with it) and the Uconnect theater hasn't worked since. Just scheduled a service appointment to take it in.

Hello mossrok2,

We're sorry to hear you're having such a tough time with your theater. Keep us updated on your dealer visit. If you'd like to get a case created before the appointment, send us a direct message.

Took the car in for the Uconnect issue, and even though I had checked the driveuconnect website to see if there were any updates available (there weren't), the dealer did a “software update 18190I9E” and everything seems to be working now. In fact, the whole system seems faster.

Unfortunately I didn't make note of which software versions I had for each of the systems before taking it in (and the software update listed in the work order doesn't match anything I can find in the system info screens), so I can't say what this update was for, but so far so good.
