I took delivery of my 2017 Chyrsler Pacifica Hybrid Platinum trim on May 18, 2017. I didn't think about the two remote controls and the two wireless headphones for the Uconnect Theater when I took delivery of the car. But spending this weekend hauling the grandchildren around, made me think of it. I don't see the remote controls or headphones anywhere in the vehicle. For those of you who have already taken delivery of your Pacifica Hybrid Platinum vans, are the remotes and headphones supposed to be delivered with the vehicle, or (since perhaps these are easy items to have "disappear") does Chrysler send them to the customer after delivery has been confirmed?

I contacted my salesperson yesterday, and she wasn't even sure the vehicle was supposed to have the remotes or the headphones, and she was going to have to check and get back to me. No word, yet.

Any information about this will be helpful. Thanks.

Mine was handed to me by my salesguy. I guess they took them out of the cars when it arrived and put them in a central place. And my box was specifically tagged (handwritten) to my car.

The remotes and headphones were in a box, about 6"x6", the dealer left in the van. It was included with the floor mats, instruction manuals and whatever, in the trunk when the van was delivered to the dealer. During the prep, the dealer installed the mats and unpacked all the plastic protections etc. Your dealer may have left the box with the remotes and headphones somewhere and forgot to put them in the vehicle. Tell the sales rep to go find the box or get one out of another Pacifica the haven't sold yet.

Mine was in the trunk still in the box. But the prep guys did open the box and put the batteries in the the remotes and headphones. I guess to test out. Why they put them back in the box I don't know. lol.

Hi mathmann,

Sorry to hear about this! We'd recommend contacting your selling dealership for further assistance, if you have any issues please PM our page with your VIN and let me know.

Thank you to all who replied on this thread. For me, this issue is now resolved.

As I mentioned in my original post, I had contacted my salesperson before I started this thread. She wasn't even sure if the remotes and headphones were supposed to come with the car. She asked me if they were listed on the window sticker. I wasn't sure about that, but I told her that they can't list everything on the window sticker. She said she would have to check and that she would get back to me. By the way, I checked later, and the remotes and headphones are listed on my window sticker. Apparently, my salesperson did check, but she didn't get back to me. I called her again yesterday and she told me that, for security, their dealership removes the box with the remotes and headphones and stores it in a certain area of the parts department. I guess this must have been the first vehicle that my salesperson delivered that had the Uconnect Theater. She did apologize for not getting these items to me when I took delivery.

I went to the dealership (again) and picked up the box with the remotes and headphones. The box had a sticker on it with my VIN. Other than I seem to have linked both remotes to the same screen (and I didn't have time to straighten that out), everything seems to work fine.
