Uggh, so one more issue cropped up. The Drivers side uConnect theater screen is really blotchy and barely responsive. It is unwatchable.
I tried to email the dealer and even sent photos but they need to see it in person. This is annoying because here is what will likely happen:

- I take car in on Saturday and have to leave it. They can't look at it while I'm there. We'll see if they have a loaner and I go home.
- Then they will call me to confirm, "yup,the screen is defective and we will have to special order a screen." So I drive out to the dealer again to get Van while I wait.
- Then when screen gets there, I make yet another appointment for repair.

So 3 trips to dealer and several days without the car. I know this is normal. It's just frustrating with a brand new car.

I'm attaching photos of the drivers side (bad) screen and the passenger side screen for comparison.

I'll update this when this gets resolved and let people know what the resolution was.

That is so irritating!! I hope it's a quick fix for you and can understand not wanting to be without your Pacifica for any length of time! Let us know how it goes.

Hi,

I had a similar kind of issue where the UConnect system reboots frequently when we play DVD.( two dolphins followed by black and blue screen). Talked to UConnect and they said we need replace new radio. New radio ordered and I'm schedule to replace it. In the mean time I have noticed one more glitch. Whenever we select games in backseat lcds the screen goes black. I told to the dealer and they checked and communicated that we need to replace both of them.sig..

So now they are going to order new lcd's and I have to wait for them.

As you know, multiple times drive to dealer is really frustrating.
