bump running into the exact same problem. I don’t see the WiFi signal when I search for it, but I see “directxx” like mentioned above. Anyone else find the fix??

WiFi and mirroring to video system not functioning

Bought this $50k vehicle last week anticipating using it on a family trip this week and the rear entertainment system appears to be nonfunctional...no WiFi or ability to mirror videos. The dealer and Chrysler don’t seem to understand the frustration this causes
Good luck!! I have had a problem with the "Navigation Loading" for 5 months- Radio needs to be replaced and the Star Center is dragging their feet about it. Vehicle has been back to dealer at least 6 times to do "Tests" for the star center. Next step for me is to contact Attorney General and start lemon law/buy back. FCA is not honoring their warranty!

Sometimes the WIFI won't work after we stop somewhere and start our car back up. We visit family a lot and that's the main reason we got it. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
