Unable to create artist radio channel

Hi. Does anyone else get this? This is the feature where it creates a pandora radio station from the xm radio but it stopped working a few months ago.

I believe you need the wifi hot spot on for this to work. I could be wrong.

I have that on and my internet only xm stations work too.
